7:30pm and 9:30pm on Fridays
All are welcome to attend as
this site is fully
handicap accessible and the ceiling is well over 20 ft
high so big toys are most welcome. The room is also big enough to
run small melee practice with ease.
Due to the reasons behind the loss of the last site, as explained by
the principal at Holden, I am forced to ask a
few requests
from those that do attend practice at the new site.
1.) Drinks must be in
a sealed container that if tipped will have no spill or very small
spill. The floors in this gym are white and I do not want to see
stains on the floor left by us.
2.) Chairs for
sitting must be brought if you wish to NOT sit on the
floor. There are no chairs, benches or stages in this gym as it is
an ACTUAL gym, though the floor is tile.
3.) Any one attending
that is bringing a small child MUST keep the child in the gym with
us at all times. If you are planning on fighting there must be
another adult willing to mind your child. Those whom attend to watch
or chat
are in no way obligated to watch over your child. Others show up for
the fun as well and not to act as a babysitting service.
4.) Waivers will be
being signed at every practice for those attending and fighting.
With all that being said I hope to see many of those whom usually
attend our practice and anyone new!
Practice will be held between 7:30pm and 9:30pm on Fridays starting
on Sept 29th, until scheduling conflicts at the school settle down.
Being the request was made late we may or may not be able to
practice any earlier, discussion with the principal shall tell.

. Take your best route to 95n or 95s to exit 13 (TF Green Airport)
. Follow connector ramp to Post Rd exit (Rt 1) stay in left turning
lanes at bottom of ramp
. Take a left onto Post Rd
. Once on Post Rd, get into
the right hand lane and follow through 3 red lights to the 4th light
. At the 4th light you will be making a right onto Airport Rd
(Bickfords on your right)
. Once on Airport Rd you will travel through 4 lights and at the 5th
will be
at the intersection of Airport Rd and Warwick Ave.
. You will be making a left onto Warwick Ave, stay in right hand
lane
. Travel through 2 lights to the 3rd where you will be making a
right onto Narragansett PKWY
. Follow the pkwy to the first left-handed bend in the road (a brown
sign with yellow letters stating "Narragansett Parkway" will be on
your right). You will need to make an immediate left after the
bend onto "Fair St".
. Follow Fair St to Pleasantville Rd and make a right (Pleasantville
is the
4th or 5th right)
. School is on the right just before the stop sign at the end of the
street.
Pull into the back parking lot. Follow the back of the building the
set of stairs with the ramp and come inside. Gym is the very first
door on the left just inside the door.
Anyone not sure of where they are or if they are definitely feeling
lost

where
